Mott’s GasShield POU filters provide ultra-high-purity, all-metal filtration at the point of use. They deliver industry-leading particulate removal for semiconductor and specialty gas delivery, protecting downstream components and tools.
Designed for >9-log removal (down to ~0.0015 µm).
Helium leak integrity ~1×10⁻⁹ atm·cc/s; negligible particle shedding and very low moisture/hydrocarbon contribution.
316L stainless steel, Penta/Nickel, and Alloy 22 (Hastelloy® C-22) options; fiber media variants where specified.
Model-dependent — POU units are rated for high pressures; some Alloy 22 versions up to ~3750 psig; many 316L designs rated to ~2500–3000 psig. Max operating temp up to ~450°C for media. (Select model datasheets for exact ratings.)
Mott offers limited warranty coverage (refer to product datasheet—GasShield warranty example is five years under specified conditions).
